So for commercial real estate owners, it's a little bit different, because for commercial properties, if it's income generating property, there's really 2 real concerns for the commercial owner. One of them is the building itself, and then two is the balance sheet of the building. And so we're very cognizant of those issues. And so what we tend to do for commercial owners is we tend to walk them through the realistic options, really, from an IRR and a return on investment perspective, because they tend to be commercial property owners tend to be pretty sophisticated, especially the ones that we work with in terms of the finances of their properties.
And so, really, we're walking them through that, uh, in order to understand how the claim resolution strategy, and which strategy, um, and which approach to take, will likely have the highest return on investment, uh, for them. And then also what we really focus on for commercial is, uh, really limiting the amount of drama and keeping things very, very calm, uh, for the commercial property owner. And we find that this tends to be really appealing to our commercial, uh, property clients, commercial real estate clients, because they're, a lot of times are concerned about any kind of property claim issue, how it might appear to their limited partners. And so we really try to keep the limited partners informed of the process and how things are going as well.
So that way, we can minimize the amount of surprises and get the property repaired in a way that's really beneficial for the property owner, and also for the limited partners of the property.
