Getting your claim reviewed

So our law firm is different than a lot of the law firms, and that because of our unique approach, and also our economic model, everything that we do is on contingency, we have a lot more demand for our services, than we do supply. And so for that reason, we're very, very careful about the clients that we take on. And so what I would advise anyone who's interested in having us work on their claim is, one, get your file organized, if you can, please. Because, really, what we do is we, when you contact us, what we do is we look at your claim and see if our unique approach is something that would really benefit you. and your building.

Because, and the reason why is because we got to make sure that actually what we're going to be able to do for you is going to be beneficial. And because anybody who hires us, you know, at a minimum, it's gonna be a couple month relationship, sometimes it can be a couple years. And so, really, we'll kind of, we see ourselves as kind of, we're partners with you in getting the recovery. And so we want to make sure that it's a good deal, uh, for you.

And really, the best way to do that is, if you can get everything organized, uh, in a way that's really understandable to us, that can be really, really helpful, because that way we're able to tell, if our approach is really even the right one for you, and, uh, and then if it is, uh, you know, usually we'll tell you, and if it's not, um, usually we'll tell you it's not, and we’ll try to give you a recommendation to either another company or another lawyer, uh, that might be a better fit. But, you know, again, there's a lot of folks that probably would benefit from our approach that we just don't take on just because we just don't have the capacity to take on everybody that fits. But I wouldn't necessarily let that discourage you. That doesn't mean that you don't have a claim that's deserving of compensation.

It doesn't mean that you don't, your building doesn't deserve to get fixed or anything like that. Really, it's just an issue of our own capacity and how many claims we can actually work on at any one time. And fortunately, there's a lot of other law firms and other companies out there. And so, you know, just like everything, I think I would look around and keep your options open.
