Recovery beyond repair costs

Yes. So, the recovery that we try to get, we always try to get the full and fair recovery for our clients. And so when the facts, um, merit it, we definitely look at recovering things like, uh, lost rents, loss of use, uh, lost time dealing with this dispute, um, sometimes emotional distress, things of that nature, because really, um, our goal is to get full and fair compensation for every part of the repair process and for the claim. And so a lot of times, those issues, especially loss of time, that really is a major loss for a lot of these claims, and that many of our clients, whether or not they're, you know, owners of large apartment buildings, uh, HOA managers, um, or single family homeowners, it takes a lot of time dealing with this whole repair process.

And so we try to recover for that. We try to recover for emotional distress. But at the end of the day, really, what you might be entitled to as far as compensation and money is so dependent on your unique situation. And so really what I would do is advise you to give us a call or call some other, um, either law firms or other companies in this industry that perform this kind of claim, um, recovery work, and, uh, and see what they might be able to do, uh, for you and what they might be able to advise.

But we're definitely looking to recover for every component of the loss.
